Gallium aperine (Rubiaceae)

Heat damages cleavers, so the best preparations are long, cold infusions, either tinctures or teas. Very beneficial for the skin, but slow acting. Good to take when fasting as it helps to reduce headaches by hastening the clearance of released toxins.
